Sangeeta is one of the Founders of Brickwork India. In her capacity as Executive Director, she has been responsible for the Operations of the company since its inception about 5 years ago. She has vast experience in Human Resource Management, Soft skills training and Customer support. Sangeeta is responsible for the organisation’s strategic plans, operating processes, quality assurance as well as building leaders at multiple levels. During her stint at Accenture, she was responsible for executing the soft skills training plan for training over 4000 software engineers. During her tenure with HSBC Data Centre, she was responsible for process standardization as well as training and quality of customer-facing employees at all levels. In her role as Business Consultant for Brilliant School of Management, she drove the enrollment for a unique management programme for senior managers. In addition, she has worked on several consulting assignments in the areas of training and HR. Sangeeta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SNDT University, Mumbai and a Masters degree in Human Resource Education from the Boston University. She has also completed Corporate Training and Development course modules in a joint program offered by School of Education and Kellog Business School at the Northwestern University in USA. |
