Anil Jaisingh brings over three decades of expertise in financial services and global capability centres, specializing in operations management, governance, process improvement, and enterprise control frameworks. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated excellence in building and managing large-scale operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving transition management across global markets.

With deep knowledge of operational risk, business resiliency, and customer experience enhancement, Anil has held senior leadership roles at leading global financial institutions, including Moody’s Ratings and JPMorgan Chase. His career highlights include serving as Senior Vice President – Capability Centre Head (India) at Moody’s Ratings for over seven years, where he directed operations, infrastructure management, business continuity, and change management initiatives. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at JPMorgan Chase as Executive Director in Consumer Banking, focusing on optimizing customer touchpoints, accelerating issue resolution, and strengthening regulatory reporting mechanisms.

Anil holds a proven track record of aligning operational strategies with rigorous compliance standards. His professional domain spans operational risk management, governance, transition execution, and scalable process design across complex, regulated financial environments.
