Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In case of any grievance/complaint for instruments regulated under SEBI, which have been rated by BWR, please contact the following in order of sequence for effective resolution:

3. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Chief Compliance Officer, you may escalate the same to:

4. For next level of escalation, you can lodge your grievances with Sebi complaints redress system (SCORES) portal at https://scores.sebi.gov.in/, after registering yourselves on the SCORES portal as given below:

   • A. Register on SCORES portal at https://scores.sebi.gov.in/
   • B. Mandatory details for filing complaints on SCORES: Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, Date of Birth
   • C. Benefits: Effective communication and speedy redressal of the grievances

   Note: SEBI investor protection mechanisms and SEBI grievance/dispute redressal mechanisms are not available for Instruments/Facilities which are governed under other Financial Sector Regulators.

5. After exhausting all above options for resolution of the grievance, if you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you may initiate dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal at https://smartodr.in/login.

   SEBI vide its Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-3/P/CIR/2023/195 dated July 31, 2023 (updated as of December 20, 2023) has prescribed a mechanism for online resolution of disputes in the Indian Securities Market which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for the resolution of disputes.
