Mr. M S R Manjunatha is a seasoned banking, financial services, and credit risk authority who brings over 47 years of distinguished experience across commercial banking, credit risk management, internal audit, credit ratings, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, serving as Chief Ratings Officer, Director – Ratings, and Head – Ratings Administration at Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd., as well as Head of Risk Management and Chief Audit Executive at ING Vysya Bank Ltd.

Academically, Mr. Manjunatha holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Mysore, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bangalore University, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). His career spans international assignments, including serving as Advisor to the President Director at PT Bank Indomonex and Manager of the Factoring Division at PT Clipan Finance in Jakarta, following a foundational 21-year tenure at Canara Bank across credit, IT, and administrative operations.

Mr. Manjunatha brings profound strategic value and rigorous oversight to board-level governance. His core areas of expertise encompass enterprise risk management, corporate governance, credit ratings, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and credit appraisal across diverse sectors, including BFSI, housing finance, infrastructure, real estate, and manufacturing. He has previously served as an Independent Director on the Board of Nivara Home Finance Limited and actively contributes to institutional capacity building and executive training.
