• Develop and execute the annual offline marketing and brand-building plan aligned with business objectives.

• Plan and organise corporate events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, customer meets, partner meets and brand activations.

• Manage the complete event lifecycle, including concept development, budgeting, venue selection, agency coordination, logistics, branding and execution.

• Plan, develop and coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, product literature, standees, banners, corporate profiles, promotional merchandise and other communication materials.

• Coordinate with the creative team, event agencies, printers and other vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging and communication across all marketing touchpoints.

• Identify and implement innovative on-ground marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

• Support business initiatives and market expansion through relevant marketing programs.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and event partners, including negotiations and deliverables.

• Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources.

• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Research and other internal teams to understand requirements and provide effective marketing support.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of events and marketing initiatives through participation, engagement, leads/business opportunities and other relevant metrics.

• Ensure all marketing communications and materials comply with applicable brand, legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 10–12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the financial services/BFSI sector.

• Strong hands-on experience in offline marketing, events, brand building and marketing collateral management.

• Excellent event planning, project management and execution skills.

• Strong agency, vendor and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to take ownership, work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
