Manu Sehgal brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in business development, strategy, and analytics. His career spans geographies including Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India, where he has consistently delivered impactful business outcomes by leading cross-cultural teams, managing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation.

Before joining Brickwork Ratings, Manu held senior leadership roles at Equifax India, EY India, and GE Capital across India and Europe. He has led critical initiatives such as revenue model transformations, the launch of innovative financial products, and the management of key regulatory relationships with institutions like the RBI and UIDAI. His experience also includes leading M&A transactions, integrating fintech and analytics teams, and accelerating growth through strategic alliances.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta (MBA) and IIT Delhi (B.Tech/M.Tech), Manu blends strong technical foundations with strategic vision. He is known for positioning organisations as industry thought leaders, championing customer-centric innovation, and leveraging advanced analytics to streamline operations.
