Ms Sangeeta Kulkarni is the Founder and CEO of Brickwork India, a company specialising in delivering executive assistance and research services to numerous clients across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Having extensive expertise in Human Resource Management, Soft Skills Training, and Customer Support, she plays a pivotal role as an institution builder, overseeing the formulation of organisational strategies, operational processes, and quality assurance across various levels.

During her tenure at Accenture, Sangeeta successfully executed a comprehensive soft skills training plan for more than 4,000 software engineers. Her responsibilities also encompassed process standardisation, training initiatives, and quality management for all customer-facing staff at the HSBC Data Centre. As a Business Consultant with the Brilliant School of Management, she significantly augmented enrollment for a distinctive management program tailored for senior managers. Furthermore, she has contributed to numerous consulting assignments focusing on training and Human Resource Management.

Sangeeta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SNDT University, Mumbai, and a master’s in human resource education from Boston University. She has further enriched her professional acumen by completing Corporate Training and Development course modules through a collaborative program offered by the School of Education and Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University in the USA.
