Tourism Grading : Tourism Rating Scale
As specified by DoT, the rating of tourism facilities would be carried out on the scale of A to E with modifiers as (+) or (-) to reflect comparative standing within the category.

The rating would be prefixed by the abbreviation KA – KA stands for Karnataka.
For example, a rating of “BWR-KA-A+” indicates “Highest Quality of Facility”
